Not bringing Medicham when you saw my Lugia is a very smart move. I think that's the best strategy against a team with a Lugia. That made me not bring mine on our second match (the only time I didn't use my Lugia). That Hydro Pump on my Melmetal was definitely a mistake on my part cause I don't really count fast moves and I was like, "Nah, it's an Ice Beam." 😂 I think that cost me that match.

How To Repair Pokemon GO's Strange iOS Audio Dampening Bug, Pokemon Go World Wide News.
A couple redesigns prior, Niantic brought a bug into Pokémon GO that is one of the additionally chafing in the amusement's history, and this diversion has had a ton of irritating bugs.
On iOS, when the diversion is open, it consequently cuts the volume of whatever sound your gadget is playing by about half, music, podcasts or what have you. This is as far as anyone knows an issue with Unity, and Niantic continues saying that it will be settled in a future redesign, however it's been months now and nothing has changed.
In case you're similar to me, you have likely quieted Pokémon GO's redundant music by this point and perhaps the sound impacts as well, and as a rule stroll around while playing your own particular music or sound. This bug makes that truly irritating, in light of the fact that the undeniable settle, wrenching up the volume to adjust, will get your eardrums liquefied when you click out of the application and volume is reestablished to a stunning volume.
Incidentally, there are a couple of answers for this issue on the web, all of which are impermanent, yet more practical than the choices and absolutely superior to nothing. Not all may work for you, as it might rely on upon your adaptation and the applications you're utilizing, yet no less than one of these ought to work for you.
- Open Pokémon GO, hear the volume cut
- Swipe up from the bottom to bring up the iOS menu, choose camera
- Sound will return to normal volume. Now switch back to Pokémon GO, and after a short delay, volume should remain normal
The Pause Trick
This one didn’t work for me, but it’s the easiest one by far, and supposedly should work for some.
- Simply pause and unpause your music, either from the swipe menu, or from your headphones itself, if it has that capability. This might reset the volume that way.
The Back/Forward Trick
This one I’ve gotten to work 100% of the time.
- From the swipe menu (swipe up from bottom, then left), press forward or backward to reset a track or skip to a new one. This should reset the volume every time.
The problem will all of these is as that as soon as you go outside the Pokémon GO app and then back in again, the sound problem will return. It’s not a permanent fix. So it works best for longer sessions where you’re listening to a lot of music in a row, or a really long podcast. But again, getting even one reset is enough to make a big difference.
This bug is the worst because listening to music while walking and play PoGo is pretty fundamental to the experience. Hopefully Niantic will come out with an actual fix for this any day, but I wish I had known these temporary fixes sooner, as that would have helped at least a little bit. Hopefully it might be able to help you.

Carry More Balls For Free, No Cheat, Easy And Fast, Pokemon Go News and Updates.
Hey guys, I had a full bag and decided that since I don't fight at the Gyms...because I am more interested in catching and leveling up. So what I did was deleted all potions and diamonds so that I can carry more in my pack. Look at the upper left screenshot above. I am carrying 181 red balls, 51 blue, and 51 black. No money spent and I win all around, because I never run out of balls. Good luck and try this out if you don't fight at the gyms.
